Site Reliability Engineer I/II:
Mission for This Role:
Support the architecture, implementation, and daily operations of our observability and ITSM platforms.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about reliability, automation, and modern cloud-native operations who wants to grow into a full Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
Core Responsibilities:
Observability Stack Operations:
Assist with the deployment and maintenance of our Grafana-based observability suite, including:
- Grafana - dashboards, alerts, and visualization
- Loki - centralized log management
- Tempo - distributed tracing
- Pyroscope - performance profiling
- Mimir - metrics collection
- Alloy / Beyla / Faro - agents and instrumentation
- AlertManager - alert routing
