About Us: Delhi Public School 67A, a leading K-12 school in Gurugram known for its commitment to academic excellence and holistic development, is launching its Boarding School programme with modern hostel facilities. As we embark on this exciting new journey, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Admissions & Outreach Officer to drive admissions, build awareness, and promote our residential education offering to prospective families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the Boarding School programme through school visits, events, educational fairs, and outreach activities.
- Generate and follow up on admission enquiries to achieve enrolment targets.
- Conduct counselling sessions and campus tours for prospective parents and students.
- Build relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and other referral partners.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the Boarding School.
- Manage admissions data, enquiries, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with academic and boarding teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Represent the school at external events and networking opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions, outreach activities, and lead conversions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education/services sector
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Experience in admissions, outreach, or institutional marketing is a plus
- Willingness to travel for outreach and promotional activities.
