Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners architects and testing teams to clarify requirements refine user stories and translate business needs into robust technical designs.

Conduct unit testing integration testing and functional validation to ensure that features meet acceptance criteria and comply with internal quality benchmarks and regulatory expectations.

Participate in sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to provide accurate estimates identify delivery risks and continuously refine development practices within the team.

Create and maintain technical documentation covering design decisions configuration details and operational runbooks to support smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Support production incidents by analyzing logs identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes that prevent recurrence and improve system resilience.





Coordinate with testing and operations teams to streamline build and deployment activities and to promote consistent delivery pipelines that shorten release cycles.

Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating recent tools frameworks and coding techniques that enhance developer productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:
Exhibit solid understanding of object oriented programming principles design patterns and refactoring techniques that result in clean maintainable and extensible code.

Display familiarity with relational databases and structured queries including the ability to design schemas optimize queries and manage data access layers effectively.

Demonstrate working knowledge of agile delivery practices including iterative planning backlog refinement and continuous feedback loops that support predictable high quality delivery.

Show strong communication and collaboration skills that enable effective work in a hybrid environment with distributed team members stakeholders and partner teams.
