This is a senior functional consulting role focused on the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Market Transaction Framework processes, customer switching, and complex utility business logic. The role combines functional architecture with hands-on solution delivery across critical enterprise systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, integration specialists, and validation teams to ensure solutions meet operational and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will contribute across data conversion, testing, deployment readiness, and end-to-end delivery. Accountabilities




Lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B;/CCS) solutions, with a robust focus on Market Transaction Framework (MTF) processes.
Define and optimize business rules, market transaction configurations, and customer switching workflows in accordance with regulatory and business requirements.
Act as the primary functional liaison between business stakeholders, development and integration teams, and downstream validation groups.
Provide functional leadership and strategic support across data conversion activities and related solution workstreams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including functional validation, issue resolution, and readiness activities.
Contribute to deployment planning and ensure solutions are functionally prepared for production implementation.
