Review and understand customer specifications, drawings, standards, and quality requirements.
Communicate customer expectations to production, engineering, and quality teams.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
Receive and document customer complaints related to quality issues.
Coordinate investigation of root causes using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, or Fishbone Analysis.
Provide timely responses and corrective action reports to customers.
Track complaint closure and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Monitor customer quality metrics such as:
PPM (Parts Per Million defects)
Customer rejection rates
On-time corrective action closure
