Job Summary:
- To lead client solution advisory on areas where the principal has thought leadership| to help HCL construct compelling solutions in a bid and develop a pipeline of talent through mentoring in the said area.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Create and manage relationship with Customer
- 2.Lead consulting projects as a Principal consultant and help build the practice
- 3.Mentor the consulting resources deployed on projects
- 4.Work with Vertical Sales teams for large deal and transformational proposals
- 5.Write thought papers and Point of View documents
