About the role




The Ad Operations Specialist is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for leading complex ecommerce advertising campaigns across retail media platforms. The role drives campaign excellence through deep platform expertise, data-driven optimization, quality assurance, and operational leadership while mentoring Analysts and partnering with Client Services to achieve client business objectives.
Campaign Delivery
Own the end-to-end execution, optimization, and performance of ecommerce advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Criteo, Citrus, Walmart Connect, eBay, and other retail media platforms.
Develop campaign strategies and optimize performance against client KPIs including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Sales.
Identify growth opportunities through audience targeting, keyword optimization, bid strategies, budget pacing, and current platform capabilities.
