You will help design realistic enterprise insurance scenarios reflecting the complexity of large-scale carriers and reinsurers.
The role spans underwriting, claims, actuarial pricing, reinsurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
You will create expert-level tasks, reference guidelines, and evaluation rubrics grounded in real-world insurance practices.
Your insights will help distinguish genuine insurance judgment from surface-level or textbook responses.
You will work closely with AI-focused teams in a flexible, remote, and largely asynchronous setting.

Accountabilities




Design complex enterprise insurance scenarios covering commercial underwriting, claims adjudication, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and other large-scale insurance workflows.
Develop evaluation tasks across underwriting, actuarial pricing, claims management, reinsurance strategy, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
Create realistic scenarios using industry tools and platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, SAS, R, and actuarial modeling systems.
Apply established insurance methodologies, including actuarial risk modeling, loss reserving, and enterprise risk management (ERM), to develop high-quality reference materials and risk narratives.
Create detailed grading rubrics that accurately distinguish expert insurance judgment from generic or theoretical responses.
Apply practical knowledge of enterprise insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and reinsurance practices when evaluating AI-generated outputs.
