Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation initiatives: Conceptualizing and executing campaigns to create market for Diversey hygiene and cleaning solutions
- Develop end to end understanding of HCP and Patient journey to identify key growth drivers to deliver business objectives
- Create marketing plan with strong value proposition for infection control portfolio
- Drive internal sales campaigns to bring focus and mind share on high profitability products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product marketing, supply chain, R&D;, etc.) to provide solutions meeting end customer needs
Required Experience/Skill Set:
- MBA in Marketing from Tier1/II MBA School
- 12+ years of experience in marketing preferably in Healthcare industry
- High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
- Robust analytical skills
