Experience: 2-7 years
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
Salary: 20-35k
- Generate new business through field sales, referrals, cold calling, and digital leads.
- Promote and sell motor and health insurance policies to individuals and corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
- Prepare quotations, explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premiums.
- Assist customers with documentation, proposal forms, and policy issuance.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Manage policy renewals and cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and claims support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and market trend
