Zeltonic Solutions is looking for an independent Freelance HR Consultant to work directly
with our team.
Your main goal will be to audit, build, and formalize two specific areas of our company:
our Interview/Assessment Process and our Employee Exit/Offboarding Infrastructure.
We want to set up clean, professional systems for how talent enters and exits our
organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Interview Process & Pipeline Optimization
- Workflow Audit: Review our current hiring steps and create a standard, multi-stage
interview framework for different teams.
- Assessment Tools: Create interview scorecard templates, evaluation rubrics, and
standard question banks.
- Team Guidance: Train and guide our internal operations team and interns on how to
call to the final offer.
2. Exit & Offboarding Structuring (Core Focus)
- Exit Policy: Design and launch a formal, professional Employee Offboarding and
Exit Policy.
- Documentation: Standardize all paperwork, including resignation acceptance letters,
department clearance checklists (IT, Admin, Finance),
and Full & Final (F&F;)
settlement setups.
- Exit Interviews: Set up a structured exit interview process (surveys and feedback
forms) to find out why people leave and how we can improve.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven background as an HR Consultant, Freelance Recruiter, or Senior
HR Generalist. Experience working with startups or growing teams is a big plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of structured interviewing, exit frameworks, and basic
employment separation rules.
- Work Style: High ownership. You can work independently with mínimal supervision
and deliver ready-to-use templates.
- Communication: Clear, easy, and professional communication skills.
