The purpose of this role is to perform initial business analysis and create basic process documents in line with defined guidelines to assist team members in understanding client requirements and supporting early-stage analysis and documentation activities.

Perform basic data analysis and prepare simple dashboards and reports as per defined guidelines.

- Market research & benchmarking
Gather basic information from predefined sources to support in identifying alternate third party products.

Create drafts of process notes and workflow documents by following predefined formats and templates.




- Assist in updating requirement logs maintained for clients, under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist in gathering clarifications and feedback on proposed RFP/RFI solutions.
