About the job:
Purpose of the Role
To lead the development of accurate, high-quality scientific materials for external and internal audiences,



ensuring alignment with scientific standards, medical strategy, and regulatory compliance. The Team Lead is a key contributor in coaching the team and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of various scientific communication material such as manuscripts, symposia decks, posters, Q&A; documents, and other non-promotional materials supporting HCP engagement, publications, and congress presence.
Main responsibilities:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· On-time delivery of assigned scientific materials
· Quality ratings from scientific reviewers and Medical Affairs
· First-time-right rate and feedback from QC and regulatory review
· Accuracy and compliance with journal, congress, and internal style guidelines
· Stakeholder satisfaction (Science Hub, Medical, Regulatory)
· Mentorship and coaching support provided to junior writers
