We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional for Contract Staffing (C2C) with strong communication skills and proven client-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate recent leads for C2C/Contract staffing services
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
Follow up on leads and close business opportunities
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer relationship management
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Understanding of C2C / US staffing lifecycle
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales (Contract Staffing preferred)
