Job Requirements
Objective of the role : To manage timely implementation of MEP services & equipment for project through monitoring and coordinating with Services design team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· To manage building services including mechanical, electrical, fire & fire alarm, security & other special systems, also other specialized materials / equipment for our projects.
· To develop cost effective plan for MEP services within budget
· Tracks spends against allocated project budget and revises cost as per the requirements
· Selection of MEP vendors in coordination with Contracts team.
· To study the requirement, co-ordinate with design team and develop design & construction documents award of contracts.
· Monitor the implementation during construction, assign property management division for building services as per requirement of the company after due approval of the Vice Chairman / Director / Vice President.
· Adheres to project timelines
· Identify and undertake processes / procedures improvement in own work area.




· Recommend process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / cost / productivity

Work Experience
Experience Required : 12-17 years

Qualification Required : BE / B Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

- Proven experience in a managerial role within real estate industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
