Role Overview
The Product Analytics & Insights Specialist is the analytics partner to the Product Management function.



The role owns Product Management dashboards and performance views, supports governance and initiative prioritisation through pre- and post-implementation reporting, and tracks product commercial readiness and enablement progress through transparent status reporting and post-launch monitoring.
Key deliverables include a core set of dashboards and a recurring governance pack that summarises product performance, initiative progress and readiness status.
This role focuses on dashboards, KPIs and governance reporting, working closely with the Catalogue & Pricing Specialist who owns catalogue, rate card and margin reference data and related system changes.
