What You’ll Be Doing
Create, review, negotiate, and process Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Work Orders (WOs), and Start Up Agreements (SUAs) in accordance with Clario contracting standards.
Review and process Change Orders (COs) as required.




Support the review and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Stand-Alone Agreements (SAAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with guidance from senior team members.
Track and manage contract-related escalations to Subject Matter Experts for terms outside approved standards or playbooks.
Update, monitor, prioritize, and maintain assigned cases and contractual records within Salesforce.
Enter and maintain key contractual terms, documents, and data with a high level of accuracy.
Monitor the centralized contracts mailbox and ensure timely triage and follow-up of requests.
Maintain organized electronic records for approvals, agreement versions, and executed agreements.
Review, track, load, save, and communicate electronic signature activities in accordance with established processes.
Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects, audits, training activities, and process improvement initiatives.
