MIS
Management Information Systems Maintain and monitor enterprise software systems including ERP, HRMS, and CRM platforms. Generate automated reports and dashboards for management decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, system backups, and user access management across all business applications. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support for technical resolutions.
Administrative Operations Oversee daily office operations including facility management, vendor coordination, and administrative process optimization.



Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, and maintenance schedules. Coordinate meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and executive calendar management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Data Management & Reporting Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports. Develop standardized reporting templates for various departments. Maintain databases for HR records, vendor information, and operational metrics. Support audit processes by preparing documentation and system reports.
Process Improvement Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and improve administrative workflows. Implement automated solutions for routine tasks such as expense reporting, leave management, and document approvals. Create and update standard operating procedures for both technical and administrative functions.
