EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Developer - Agent Specialist who will focus on
building intelligent agents and automated workflows within Azure AI Foundry for
the EisnerAI Platform. This role is critical to developing the Agent Workforce
such as TaxPrepBot, ComplianceRiskBot, DocIntake, and optimizing overall
delivery workflows in our Tax, Audit, Advisory and Outsourcing service lines,
directly supporting EisnerAmper's mission to become the industry-leading
AI-powered qualified services firm.

WHAT WORK YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

* Design and build intelligent AI agents using Azure AI Foundry for tax
preparation, compliance monitoring, document processing, and M&A; analysis

* Build end-to-end automated workflows that integrate AI agents with existing
enterprise systems

and reinforcement learning from human f
