This contract opportunity is designed for experienced sales and solutions engineering professionals who can apply real-world pre-sales expertise to the evaluation of advanced AI systems. You will create precise grading criteria for technical sales deliverables and assess both AI-generated and human-produced work. The role requires robust judgment across technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concept support, and technical risk assessment. Your evaluations will help establish reliable standards for measuring the quality of complex sales engineering work. You will provide evidence-based scoring and detailed justifications that can be consistently reproduced across reviewers. Working remotely and asynchronously, you will collaborate with senior reviewers and contribute to the development of more capable AI systems.

Accountabilities:
Design precise,



task-specific grading criteria for real-world pre-sales, solutions engineering, and technical sales deliverables.
Evaluate AI-generated and human-produced work samples against defined criteria, assigning accurate scores supported by detailed justifications.
Apply consistent, objective, and evidence-based judgment to ensure evaluations are reproducible and defensible.
Assess the quality of technical discovery, solution mapping, customer requirements analysis, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept support, and technical risk evaluation.
Evaluate how effectively sales engineering outputs translate complex customer requirements into appropriate technical and business solutions.
Identify strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and risks within evaluated work and communicate findings clearly.
Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and rapidly iterate on evaluation criteria and completed work.
