Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager - DevOps & Cloud to lead DevOps initiatives, cloud platform engineering, and automation efforts on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, AKS, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and drive engineering best practices.
Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Manage cloud-native deployments using AKS and Docker.
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
Implement DevSecOps practices, governance, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with development,
architecture, and business teams.
Drive automation, cloud optimization, and operational excellence.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git workflows.
Hands-on expertise in AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, ACR, Key Vault, API Management, and Storage Accounts.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
Robust understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud security.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Good understanding of .NET applications and microservices architecture.
Exposure to Azure AI Services, GitHub Copilot, and LLM technologies.
Leadership Skills
Team leadership and mentoring experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to drive technical decisions and cloud transformation initiatives.
