What You Can Expect
As a member of the Internal Audit Team,



this position will report to the Director –Internal Audit and be responsible for maintaining an effective system of internal controls and to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and any applicable laws and regulations leading internal testing of those activities. This role will also support the audit team in audit execution.
Work Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
Shift Timing - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
How You'll Create Impact
• Supports the assessment of internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002
• Works with members of the Shared Service Center (SSC) functional teams (ITC, PTP, RTR) and management to complete documentation of SOX narratives. Ensure key risks are appropriately identified and documented for the record to report, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Guide process owners in detailing, documenting, and implementing controls
• Train new SCC functional teams to understand and comply with internal control requirements
• Perform SOX control walkthroughs of non-SSC processes and update narratives, flowcharts and risk-contro
