About the Role
Selah Digital is looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Lead Software Engineer (Full-Stack Developer) to take ownership of our development initiatives across client projects and internal products.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will contribute to architecture and technical decision-making, guide the development team, and remain actively involved in development. You will work closely with clients, leadership, product, and design teams to turn business requirements into scalable and secure technology solutions.

Requirements
What You'll Do
Architecture & Technical Leadership
Own the technical architecture and engineering approach for assigned projects.
Make key technical decisions around frameworks, technologies, architecture, APIs, databases, security,



and scalability.
Translate business and client requirements into technical solutions and development plans.
Guide developers through implementation, review technical approaches, and remove technical blockers.
Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Mentor junior developers and interns and contribute to technical interviews and onboarding.
Full-Stack Development
Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.
Build responsive interfaces using JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Develop secure backend services and APIs using Node.js and PostgreSQL.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations.
Design productive data models and optimize database performance.
Remain hands-on and contribute directly to complex or critical development work.
Support CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment practices.
