The Associate Lead Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that enhance engineering productivity, automation maturity, and software quality across the organisation.
This role combines strong software development expertise with contemporary quality engineering practices to build automation frameworks, developer tooling, CI/CD integrations, AI-assisted testing solutions, and reusable engineering platforms. The position will collaborate closely with development,



product, DevOps, platform engineering, and quality teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve development efficiency and release confidence.
