JOB SUMMARY

The Securities Services Operations Change Management Manager is responsible for
leading strategic transformation, technology, and operational change initiatives
across Securities Services Operations. The role partners closely with
Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to
deliver complex change programs that enhance scalability, improve efficiency,
and strengthen client outcomes.

This leader drives end-to-end change execution, from business case development
and requirements gathering through implementation, stakeholder adoption,
perks realization, and post-production stabilization. The individual will
oversee multiple concurrent initiatives impacting areas such as trade lifecycle
management, settlements, custody, asset servicing, syndicate operations,
funding, cash operations, and strategic platform modernization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CHANGE PORTFOLIO LEADERSHIP

* Lead a portfolio of strategic, technology, and business transformation
initiatives across Securities Services Operations.




* Develop and execute multi-year change roadmaps aligned with business
objectives.
* Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting
structures.
* Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and benefits
realization.

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, increase
straight-through processing (STP), and enhance operational efficiency.
* Drive operating model redesign and workflow transformation initiatives.
* Partner with Operations leaders to improve scalability and service delivery.
* Support implementation of industry and market infrastructure changes.

PROGRAM DELIVERY & EXECUTION

* Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale initiatives.
* Coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Vendor teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines.
