Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will oversee daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies. This role includes managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating inventory management, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities of warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
Receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
Train, mentor, and evaluate workers performance.
Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall company activities.
What we are looking for:
You should have experience in Warehousing business with strong knowledge in Inbound/outbound processes.
Minimum qualification should be 12th Pass, Graduate preferred
You should have relevant 1-2 years of experience.
Experience with e-commerce warehouse operations background is desirable.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
