We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions for both technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for or Non-IT roles.
Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements
Required Skills:
Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles (BPO, Sales, Operations, etc.)




Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Good stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialisation preferred)
Experience working in a consultancy or corporate recruitment environment
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
