We are looking for an experienced and highly technical Staff Software Engineer to join our engineering team and provide technical leadership for scalable, high-impact technology solutions. In this role, you will architect, design, and build distributed systems that power critical business capabilities, while influencing technical direction across teams and partnering closely with product, architecture, data science, and operations stakeholders.
As a senior technical leader, you will solve complex engineering problems at scale, define architecture and design standards, mentor engineers, and raise the bar for engineering excellence. You will drive reliable delivery across high-throughput platforms, improve system performance and resilience, and help teams adopt contemporary engineering practices, automation, observability, and operational rigor.
