Job Description: EHS Executive
Location: GIFT City, Ahmedabad
Industry: IT Corporate / Facility Management
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Role Overview
The EHS Executive will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Environment, Health & Safety programs across the corporate workplace and facility operations. The role includes ensuring statutory compliance, managing contractor safety, conducting workplace inspections, supporting emergency preparedness initiatives,



and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
EHS Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations, local laws, and client requirements.
Maintain all EHS-related records, permits, licenses, and statutory documentation.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of office premises, common areas, and engineering facilities.
Track and close safety observations and audit findings within agreed timelines.
Fire & Life Safety Management
Monitor fire alarm systems, firefighting equipment, and emergency response infrastructure.
Conduct periodic fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency preparedness programs.
Coordinate with local authorities and emergency response teams when required.
Ensure emergency exits, assembly points, and signage are maintained as per standards.
Contractor & Vendor Safety
Ensure secure execution of maintenance and project activities by contractors and vendor
