What would you do? We are seeking a Capital Markets Team Leader with 6-10 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, onboarding, and people management to lead a team supporting client onboarding, KYC reviews,



compliance screening, account maintenance, tax documentation, and periodic review activities for institutional and corporate banking clients. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coaching analysts, maintaining quality and compliance standards, handling escalations, and driving operational excellence through workforce management, reporting, and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred. • 6–10 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, Onboarding, Financial Crime Compliance, or Capital Markets Operations. • Strong understanding of onboarding, KYC/CDD, screening, tax operations, account maintenance, and regulatory requirements. • Knowledge of FATCA, CRS, beneficial ownership, sanctions screening, and periodic refresh processes. • Solid people leadership, coac
