The Director – Process Excellence & Transformation is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic transformation and business implementation initiatives, with a primary focus on Travel & Expense (T&E;) and Corporate Card Administration processes.
The role serves as a transformation leader and business implementation lead, ensuring that strategic priorities and process improvements are successfully translated into implemented solutions,



scalable operating models, and measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with Global Process Owners, Process Experts, Finance, IT, Global Business Services, and external ecosystem partners, the Director leads cross-functional transformation programs that modernize the Travel Expense & Corp Card ecosystem, improve compliance and cost transparency, and enhance the employee experience.
The position combines transformation program leadership, business implementation ownership, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that transformation initiatives are not only designed but successfully deployed and embedded into business operations.
