'Policy and Process: Execution - Updation of exising and formulate current policy parameters and manage processes for Tractor and Farm Machinery
Managing Operational issues:
Analytics: Automation of business MIS
Secondary Responsibilities:
'Compliance of policies and regulatory guidelines related to product
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
'Building capabilities within new team members, if any
Key Success Metrics:
'Business volumes under product, Operational management of processes etc.
