About the Role
We are looking for a creative and concept-driven Art Director with 3–4 years of experience in an advertising agency environment.
Ideas don't start in Photoshop. They start in your head.
We're looking for someone who can think beyond layouts and pixels — someone who can turn a brief into a strong creative idea, collaborate with copywriters, develop campaigns, and create visual work that people notice, remember, and talk about.
Key Responsibilities
Develop bold, original and insight-driven creative concepts for campaigns.
Create visual concepts across digital, social media, print, branding and film/video.
Collaborate closely with copywriters to develop integrated creative campaigns.
Translate client briefs and brand strategies into compelling visual storytelling.
Maintain high standards of design, typography, composition, layout and visual craft.




Create campaign key visuals, social media creatives, digital assets and other communication materials.
Present creative concepts and rationale confidently to internal teams and clients.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, production teams and other stakeholders to execute ideas.
Ensure creative consistency across multiple platforms and campaign touchpoints.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced agency environment.
Keep up with advertising, culture, design trends, emerging technology and AI tools.
Explore new creative techniques and technologies to improve the quality and effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
3–4 years of relevant experience in an advertising/creative agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign development and visual craft.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Good understanding of typog
