About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Associate / Technical Lead – Quality Assurance to lead our QA function and drive the quality of web-based applications across the complete software development lifecycle.The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in test automation, web application testing, API testing, React-based applications, and microservices. The candidate should have proven experience in leading QA initiatives, building automation frameworks, mentoring QA engineers, and collaborating closely with development and product teams.This role requires a robust combination of technical QA expertise, leadership skills, and a quality-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications.Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, processes, standards,



and best practices across the product lifecycle.
Own QA activities from requirement analysis through release and production validation.
Collaborate closely with React developers, .NET backend developers, architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to define quality expectations and acceptance criteria.Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Create and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases covering functional, regression, integration, UI, API, and cross-browser testing.
Lead testing of React-based web applications using tools such as Cypress, Jest, Enzyme, or equivalent frameworks.Perform comprehensive REST API and microservices testing using tools such as Postman and other API testing frameworks.
