Purpose & Objective :
The Lead of Electronic Testing Laboratory will be responsible for establishing a completely new electronic testing lab from the ground up, followed by the subsequent leadership, operation, and continuous development of the laboratory.
During the initial phase, the role will focus heavily on lab concept development, infrastructure definition, equipment selection, and process setup.
Once operational, the role transitions to owning the lab’s technical direction, reliability testing strategy, team leadership, and ongoing improvement of advanced electronic testing capabilities.
This position requires robust expertise in electronic component testing and reliability engineering—including Accelerated Life Testing (ALT)—combined with hands‑on experience in developing custom test equipment and automated test solutions.
