The Energy Division focuses on delivering solutions that promote greater energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact for customers in industries such as HVAC and refrigeration, renewable energy, data centers, oil & gas, petrochemicals, refining, and power generation. division supports customers across the value chain through advanced heat exchanger technologies and separation solutions, enabling energy optimization, heat recovery, and sustainable operations in both traditional and emerging energy markets
Role Description
This role will strategically steer the Indian Energy Process Industries sales organization toward achieving a market-defining revenue milestone by 2030. This leadership mandate centers on inspiring a high-performing,



30+ member pan-India team to secure high-value business across prominent EPC firms, key accounts & end customers, while engineering a resilient delivery ecosystem through robust factory S&OP; integration and team-oriented divisional business unit partnerships. Crucially, the position serves as the primary catalyst for the company’s future-readiness—architecting a technically advanced sales and backend support infrastructure while accelerating Cleantech portfolio penetration to establish the organization as India’s premier energy transition partner.
