What would you do? The French-Speaking Recruitment Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for French-speaking candidates throughout the hiring process.



The role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience by handling inbound and outbound calls, answering candidate queries, scheduling interviews, providing application status updates, guiding candidates through recruitment and onboarding steps, and maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, this role ensures timely communication, resolves candidate concerns, and supports a smooth, productive, and customer-centric recruitment process. C1-level French proficiency is mandatory.
