We are looking for an experienced Workday professional with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Talent Management to design, configure, and optimize Workday applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build and configure Workday applications
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure and customize Workday Talent Management modules
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Provide technical solutions and support
• Participate in key technical decisions




• Facilitate knowledge sharing and team development
• Monitor project progress and ensure business alignment
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Talent Management
• Solid understanding of Workday application design and configuration
• Experience with Workday customization and integrations
• Strong business requirement analysis skills
• Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques
• Team leadership and SME experience
• Workday certification is preferred but not mandatory
