Your future team
Our Sales Development Representatives partner with the Sales and Success Account Teams to build sales pipeline while ensuring a delightful customer experience. You will report to the APAC Regional Sales Development Manager.
Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting into a defined India territory, qualifying meetings converted into pipeline;
Qualify business leads on all customers through proactive outreach and research;
Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to engage with decision-makers;
Use AI throughout. Research, personalisation, preparation, prioritisation, and share what works with the rest of the team;




Ask questions that get past the surface complaint to the business problem underneath — what it's costing, who feels it, what happens if nothing changes;
Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to develop lead-generation strategies;
Navigate objections through value-driven messaging;
Articulate the value proposition of our products to our customers;
Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects;
Build your pipeline in partnership with Account Executives and Marketing.
Work with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator
Qualifications
2 - 3 years of experience in an SDR / BDR role
Experience: A proven track record of effective communication (even if outside of sales). We welcome candidates who are passionate about starting their sales careers or looking to transition their skills into the software sales industry.
AI Native: Any experience using AI tools in your prospecting.
