Duties & Responsibilities
A. Transport Consultancy & Advisory Delivery
Undertake transport consultancy assignments end-to-end, including diagnostics, transport audits, route and occupancy analysis, vendor and cost benchmarking, policy and process reviews, and operating model assessments.
Conduct site visits, data collection, stakeholder interviews and workshops as part of consultancy and assessment engagements.
Analyse transport data (trip sheets, routing, occupancy, billing, compliance records) to identify cost optimisation, harmonisation and service improvement opportunities.
Draft structured reports, findings and recommendations for audits and assessments conducted, including executive summaries, savings quantification, implementation roadmaps and risk flags.
Track closure of audit findings and support clients/accounts in implementing agreed recommendations.
