Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Sales Operations & Business Operations Executive to support the company’s day-to-day operating rhythm across sales operations, receivables, finance coordination, reporting, compliance documentation, and vendor management.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to quick-moving environments, follows through strongly, works comfortably with internal teams and external stakeholders, and can maintain clean records, reports, and operational discipline.
The role will work closely with the COO, Sales team, Finance/Accounts partners, vendors, and customer finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations & Revenue Support
Prepare and issue proforma invoices, tax invoices, quotations, and related commercial documents.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure accurate billing details, purchase orders, payment terms, and customer documentation.
Track customer receivables, due dates, overdue payments, and billing status.




Follow up professionally with customer finance/procurement teams for payment updates.
Maintain updated records of invoices, POs, payment confirmations, and pending receivables.
Support sales reporting by maintaining clean CRM and billing data.
Assist in improving sales operations workflows, documentation, and reporting discipline.
Manage order execution workflows, including matching customer POs with required approvals and supporting documents in CRM and email records.
2. Finance & Accounts Coordination
Collect, verify, and organize invoices, bills, expense proofs, and payment-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of expense and vendor documents.
Prepare structured documentation for CA, CFO, CS, auditors, and other finance partners.
Support GST, TDS, statutory filings, audit requirements, and compliance-related documentation.
Maintain organized financial records in the required systems and folders.
