What You'll Do
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Primary Responsibility)
Learn and work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud with guidance from experienced team members.
Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
Support campaign setup, audience segmentation, and marketing automation activities.
Help manage marketing data and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Assist in monitoring campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Learn how marketing technology helps businesses connect with customers.
Business Development - Secondary Exposure
Support digital marketing activities and online campaigns.
Help generate and research potential leads for the business.
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and industry trends.
Assist in maintaining and updating prospect information in CRM tools.
Support the Business Development team with research, outreach preparation, and marketing materials.
