The Mid-Corp Relationship Manager is a strategic qualified who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:




Coverage of Commercial Banking clients in Digital Tech & Communications industry & Sponsors (including Venture Capital and Private Equity firms)
Calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively owns, responds to, uncovers and anticipates future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations
Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio.
Works with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients’ individual needs
Works closely with Case Manager on the on-boarding and retention of clients, ensuring the appropriate “Know Your Client” (KYC) and other compliance deliverables are met.
Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
Develop deep client relationship becoming a trusted advisor and first in mind recall for clients.
Maximizes client experience by proactive sharing markets updates, trend, and intelligence.
