Our team of 60 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges.

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the growth of the Mosambi platform by assisting with partner outreach, stakeholder engagement, business coordination, and documentation. The role involves working closely with the leadership team to identify prospective partners, coordinate meetings, prepare business materials, manage CRM records, and ensure timely follow-up on ongoing discussions.
In addition to supporting external partnerships, the role will play a key part in strengthening Mosambi's internal business functions by assisting with strategic documentation, business research, partnership proposals,



investor presentations, fundraising materials, product roadmap inputs, and other business planning initiatives. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop high-quality documentation, conduct market and ecosystem research, and support leadership in driving strategic business initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with senior management across startups, corporates, government organizations, investors, and ecosystem partners. This role provides exposure to business development, strategic planning, ecosystem building, fundraising, and partnership development within the climate technology ecosystem.
