Job Summary

Experienced Accounts Receivable skilled with strong expertise in customer master data management, direct debit customer administration, aged debtors analysis, collections, bank reconciliations, and mailbox management. Proficient in managing the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. Skilled in SAP with hands-on experience in customer master setup, financial reconciliations, and process improvement. Demonstrated ability to support business operations through effective stakeholder communication, data accuracy, and adherence to financial controls
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain customer master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage Direct Debit customer accounts, including setup, amendments, and issue resolution.
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment allocation, and account maintenance.
- Perform Aged Debtors Analysis and monitor outstanding balances to minimize overdue debt.




- Conduct collection activities through customer communication, follow-up calls, and dispute resolution.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage shared finance mailboxes, responding to customer and internal stakeholder queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and collection activities.
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Utilize SAP for customer master maintenance, receivables management, reporting, and account reconciliation.
