- Standardize operational processes across locations.
- Conduct periodic operational audits.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational controls.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce process gaps.
3.Luxury Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent premium customer experience across all stores.
- Monitor customer feedback, NPS and service quality.
- Conduct surprise store visits and customer journey audits.
- Ensure complaint resolution within defined timelines.
- Drive relationship selling and repeat customer business.
4.Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach and mentor Store Managers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with store leadership.
- Build succession plans for key retail positions.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning interventions.
- Ensure performance management processes are completed on time.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor inventory health across stores.
- Ensure stock availability aligned with business demand.
- Ensure accurate stock audits and physical verification.
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor security standards for high-value jewellery.
