About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can operate as both a Technical Lead and Scrum Master within a TypeScript-first engineering team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing and delivering scalable software solutions while providing technical direction, mentoring developers, facilitating Agile delivery, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

You will help build and scale a modern platform powered by NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, React, React Native, and WebRTC, while coordinating cross-functional teams and driving engineering best practices across the organisation.

The successful candidate will combine solid technical expertise with leadership capabilities, balancing architecture, coding, team coordination, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery management.

What Youll Do

Technical Leadership

* Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across backend, web, and mobile applications

* Mentor and support developers through code reviews, design reviews,



and technical coaching

* Establish and maintain engineering standards, development processes, and best practices

* Lead technical planning, solution design, estimation, and delivery execution

* Drive continuous improvement in software quality, performance, security, and maintainability

* Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges

Scrum Master Responsibilities

* Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions

* Remove blockers and ensure the development team can deliver effectively

* Coordinate work across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders

* Monitor sprint progress and delivery metrics

* Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement within the team

* Assist with roadmap planning, prioritisation, and release management
