Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

, to lead client engagement and business development for our luxury residential projects. This is a senior role requiring confidence, maturity, and the ability to communicate design value to high-net-worth clients.
This is a full time on-site role for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager located in Indore. The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will lead a team to achieve sales targets, coordinate marketing efforts to promote services, and analyze market trends to ensure effective decision-making.
Qualifications
- Manage and respond to inbound leads with confidence and professionalism
- Conduct client discussions, understand requirements, and represent the brand effectively
- Coordinate with the design team to support proposals and client presentations
