Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Core Integration Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Workday integrations and enterprise HR technology. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations with internal and external systems.

The candidate should have excellent knowledge of Workday HCM, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Integration technologies, and Workday Web Services, along with strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Work extensively with Workday HCM and related business processes to support integration requirements.




- Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
- Configure and support Core Connectors, including Worker, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and other relevant connectors.
- Design integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and Workday Web Services.
- Create and maintain EIB integrations, including inbound and outbound EIBs.
- Develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, including orchestration, transformation, error handling, and integration routing.
- Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, REST, and SOAP for data transformation and integration development.
- Perform integration testing, unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents and provide root-cause analysis.
