About The Role




We are seeking an experienced Downstream Process Engineer with comprehensive expertise in Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) processes to join our Downstream Operation Engineering Solutions Department (OESD). This role involves providing high-level technical support to our global manufacturing facilities, including refineries, NGLF, and petrochemical plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and driving performance improvement programs for FCC units, utilizing both remote and in office technical advisory support. The role requires a proactive approach to benchmarking, technology knowledge management, and implementing best practices to enhance FCC operations. As part of the team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and external licensors to ensure continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence across our facilities.
